Community and ministry technology is often built by a volunteer with technical skill and abandoned the moment that person becomes unavailable.
Why it mattered
A platform a community cannot operate independently is a dependency dressed up as a gift.
What I built
A study platform supporting digital lessons, scripture study and teaching resources, built with operation and handover in mind from the start.
What I learned
Community enablement means designing for the handover. If the system cannot outlive your involvement, it was never really theirs.
