Most AI writing tools replace the writer. That solves the wrong problem when the person needs to get better at the communication, not delegate it.
Why it mattered
Capability that leaves when the tool is taken away has not made anyone more capable.
What I built
A coaching layer that reviews and improves a draft reply while leaving authorship with the person writing it.
What I learned
The best system leaves the person using it stronger than it found them. Assistance and replacement are different products with different consequences.
