Ghana Site Handover Inspection
A workflow-driven inspection and reporting system built around the realities of remote property ownership in Ghana.

The problem
Property handover for an owner who is not in the country depends on someone being physically present, observing carefully, and reporting consistently. Informal inspection produces informal evidence.
Why it mattered
Remote owners make expensive decisions on the strength of what they are told. Inconsistent inspection is how disputes and costly surprises begin.
What I built
A structured inspection and reporting workflow that captures the same evidence in the same form every time, and produces a report an owner abroad can actually act on.
What I learned
Design for the conditions the work is really done in — intermittent connectivity, distance, and people who are not the system’s author. Operational reality wins over the elegant version every time.
