Ethical AI Guide
Practical guidance on AI use aimed at practitioners rather than policy committees.
Usually
Policy document Read by nobody shipping
Instead
The implementation choice Where ethics is decided
Result
Changed behaviour
The problem
AI ethics guidance tends to be written for institutions and read by nobody who is actually shipping. The people making daily implementation decisions get abstractions.
Why it mattered
Most real ethical outcomes are decided by ordinary implementation choices, not by policy documents.
What I built
A practitioner-facing guide framing ethical questions as decisions a builder actually faces during implementation.
What I learned
Guidance only changes behaviour when it reaches the moment of decision. Principles that never touch an implementation choice are decoration.
