The problem

Most automation training teaches reproduction. Learners finish able to rebuild the example they were shown and unable to diagnose it when it breaks.

Why it mattered

Someone who cannot explain why a workflow works cannot maintain it, extend it, or be trusted with it in production.

What I built

Beginner and intermediate training built well past lectures — student workbooks, instructor guides, assignments, quizzes, flashcards, practical builds, portfolio requirements, office hours and API exercises.

What I learned

Teaching exposes gaps that building alone can hide. If I cannot explain why a system works, I probably do not understand it as well as I think I do.
